Traditional Majorcan Cuisine – reinterpreted
Maria Solivellas’ cuisine is linked to the island where she grew up. Her 6 and 9 course menus are all based on traditional recipes and prepared exclusively with local, seasonal produce, home grown organic vegetables as well as local meat and fish. As the founder of Slow FOOD Baleares she has developed her own style and set of culinary ethics whose pillars include a direct connection to produce, local culture, the land and the people who cultivate it.
